$150/session ($175 for couples family)
I also work with Lilwat Nation and WCSS counselling fund, sliding scale available.
Consultation & Presentations
From how to talk with your teenager, navigating the school system (as a parent or teen), post secondary applications and exploration, drugs and alcohol, sex, supporting your child through rough patches, bullying, life skills and more.
Certified Mental Performance
Athletes
As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, I work with athletes, teams and organizations.
